It’s always something, right!? Well, this time the term ‘Brexit’ is scary for the Pound as the term ‘Grexit’ was for the euro last year. Sure you’ve heard about the possibility for the Britain to leave the European Union and that is why the Pound can’t recover versus US dollar which is weak for days versus other currencies in the market.

If we take a look at my analysis, it’s possible for the Pound to stay here until Thursday Feb 04., when we have the BoE Interest Rate Decision and governor Carney speech. Based on this analysis, you can see the resistance level at 1.4450 which holds the pair in the last two days, resistance daily trend line as well is near.

With a last week braketrue bellow 1.4600, the Pound is literally hammered vs US dollar and it want be easy to recover from this level. On the way up, in my point of view, 1.4650/700 will be a very strong resistance and sellers teritory, if the Pound manage to recover in the first place. The fall stoped at 1.4500 last

The Pound has find a bottom at October 01., after nine falling days in a row. Could we have another climb back over the fibo stairs, like it was in the middle of September? It looks to me that the the Pound could cover 38.2 fibo return today, but it will be interesting to see how the bulls will manage that level?
