12:45 h (GMT) – ECB Interest Rate Decision – previous 0,05%, consensus 0,05%!
13:30 h (GMT) – ECB Monetary policy statement and press conference!
I don’t expect any changes in rates, ECB could remain on hold today and I don’t expect a new measures from ECB, but press conference and Mr.Draghi speach could move the market (euro) stronger. Focus will be on ECB’s meeting and on the furder details about the QE programme, which should start on Monday, March 09. Be careful if you trade short term and with tight stop losses. At the same time, 13:30 h, US Initial Jobless Claims data will be released… Watch out!

I agree though I did read a prediction that they would drop rates to negative three percent.
