Whether the EUR/USD return at least 23.6% loss?

eur-usd 15.12.

I pointed at my previous EUR/USD analysis that 1.2240/50 could be the bottom for this pair and after the pair rebounded up, that level wasn’t in danger again. Could that level be the bottom for this year and whether the pair return at least 23.6% loss from the May 08. –> December 08. fall and get back at 1.2650? The pair broke daily down trendline but it’s limited on the way up at 1.2480/1.2500 for now and H4 down trendline and MA200 push the pair down again today. What next? How do you see this pair until the end of this year?
